restoration, and remodeling  for over 28 years.  We have constructed over 50 custom homes, many high end apartment and townhouse renovations in Manhattan, and supplied construction management services on both.  We are fully insured for general liability and workmen’s compensation and have fast-track files in NYC Dept. of Buildings.
